You can choose from any light-weight to heavy-weight woven fabrics, such as linen, double gauze, cotton, corduroy, denim, or even quilted fabrics for some nice thermo pants.

Fabric Usage
You'll need between 0.55 m and 0.8 m (with a standard width of 135 cm) depending on the size you select. See images for more info.
