Suggested Fabrics
For a comfortable and well-fitting outcome, I recommend choosing a lighter fabric (150-220g/qm or 5-7 oz/sq yard) with ribbing. In addition, it's important that the fabric possesses a stretch range of 70% to 100% and has excellent recovery characteristics. Watch this video to see various fiber compositions and their respective stretch capabilities.
